When you place an order on the site, you're making us an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once your payment is accepted through Stripe. Before that, no purchase contract has been formed.
All prices on sanclerusa.com are in US dollars (USD). The itemized breakdown of your order and the total to pay are shown at Stripe checkout before you confirm the payment. That total is exactly what you are charged.
We do our best to keep the site's inventory up to date. If for any reason a product in your order is not available after purchase, we'll let you know and cancel that part of the order with a full refund for that item.

We ask that you use sanclerusa.com only to make legitimate purchases. You may not use the site for fraudulent purposes, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with its normal operation.
The content on sanclerusa.com — text, photos, videos, logo, and design — belongs to Sancler Corp. and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.
Our products are hair care cosmetics, manufactured by Laboratorios Modernos in the Dominican Republic, with formulation validated by IIBI. They are cosmetic products: they are not medicine and are not designed to cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before using the product on your full face or body.
We sell cosmetic products and we stand behind what we sell, but there is a limit to what we can take on. To the extent the law allows, if we were ever liable to you over an order, that liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the order the claim arises from.
We are also not liable for indirect or consequential damages — for example, lost income, lost opportunities, or inconvenience caused by a delay — again, to the extent the law allows.
None of this limits anything New York State law does not permit us to limit. In particular, we do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for willful or intentional misconduct, or for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
These terms and any purchase you make on sanclerusa.com are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules.
If a dispute comes up that we can't resolve by talking it through, it will be brought exclusively before the state and federal courts with jurisdiction over Bronx County, New York, where our physical place of business is located. Both you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
