What data we collect, what we use it for, and how you exercise your rights.

Sancler USA is the United States operation of Sancler Corp., a company founded in 2022 in the Dominican Republic by Clara Sánchez. Our online store is sanclerusa.com. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +1 (914) 310-3218, Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (closed Sunday), or by email at [email protected]. Our physical address is 3216 Corlear Ave, Bronx, NY 10463.
When you place an order, we ask for your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Phone number is required because we use it to coordinate delivery and answer any question about your order.
If you subscribe to our updates through the form on the site, we only save your email, the language you subscribed in, and the date. We don't ask for anything else in that form.
Payments on sanclerusa.com are processed through Stripe. You can pay with card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link, Cash App Pay, or Amazon Pay. We never see or store your card details: that information goes directly to Stripe, which processes it securely. You can review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how sanclerusa.com is used: which pages you visit, where you come from, and what works well. This is done through cookies and similar technologies.
That same information is also used for online advertising: Google may show you Sancler ads on other websites you visit afterward, using cookies and device identifiers based on your visit to sanclerusa.com. This is known as remarketing.
If you'd rather not receive this kind of personalized advertising, you can adjust it through Google's Ad Settings at adssettings.google.com. You can review how Google handles this information at policies.google.com/privacy.
When you subscribe with your email, that information is saved in a file on Sancler's own server, in a protected location so that it is not reachable from the internet. We don't send it to any outside email marketing platform: it stays with us. To prevent the form from being abused by automated programs, we save a hash of your IP address, never the IP address itself. That hash is not used to identify you: it only serves to limit repeated submissions.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
As a business operating in New York, we apply reasonable security safeguards to the personal information we hold, in line with the New York SHIELD Act (General Business Law section 899-bb). If a security breach were to affect your personal information, we will notify you and the state authorities as required by New York's breach notification law (General Business Law section 899-aa). Both of these laws are about data security and breach notice; they are not the laws behind the access or deletion rights described below.
We keep your order data — name, email, phone number, and shipping address — for as long as it is needed to handle your purchase and our relationship with you as a customer, and after that for the period required by the accounting and tax obligations that apply to our business.
The email you leave in the subscription form is kept until you decide to unsubscribe. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp at +1 (914) 310-3218.
New York does not currently have a general consumer privacy law granting rights of access, correction, or deletion, so we won't tell you those rights come from a state law. They come from us: as Sancler's own policy, anyone who buys from us can ask to access the data we hold about them, correct it, or have it deleted, wherever they live.
In addition, if you live in a state whose law gives you additional rights over your data — among them California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon — write to us and we will honor them.

sanclerusa.com is a site for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not sell or market our products to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we find that information we received belongs to a minor, we delete it. This is consistent with New York's Child Data Protection Act (General Business Law article 39-FF, effective June 20, 2025), which protects the data of people under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided us with information, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (914) 310-3218 and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this same page along with its update date.
